A Pinay OFW gets shocked after she caught her husband and its mistress in an intimate moment in bed on their home.
A Pinay Overseas Family Worker ‘Aira’ (not her real name) caught her husband identified as “Joel” having an intimate moment with its mistress on their own house. due to anger, Aira beats up the mistress ‘Rina’ (not her real name).
Aira returned home to the Philippines after working in the Middle East as OFW for several years. She is looking for a job in Manila when her sibling told her about the infidelity of her husband.
The former Filipina migrant worker admitted that did not think that her husband would choose its mistress over her. Aira is also willing to forgive her husband but she refused to reconcile with him.
“Kahit kasal pa kayo o hindi, wala pa ring nagagawa talaga pag ayaw mo ‘yung tao,” Aira said.
The OFW would file a case against Joel for concubinage or when a husband “keeps a mistress in conjugal dwelling, has intercourse under scandalous circumstances with a woman who is not his wife, or cohabits with the mistress in any other place.”
Joel is now facing six months and one day or up to four years and two months imprisonment if proven guilty in court.
