PAGASA – Here are the latest updates from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration this February 4, 2020.
The latest weather update from the bureau said that the northeast monsoon or amihan will affect the entire country on Tuesday.
According to GMA News, amihal will bring cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Metro Manila, as well as the rest of the country.
For the forecast wind speed, the eastern sections of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao will have moderate to strong winds moving northeastward with moderate to rough coastal waters.
As per the report, the rest of the country will have moderate to strong winds moving northeastward with moderate to rough coastal waters.
