Recently, a Facebook user named Jovit Caingcoy has shared the video footage of a local official receiving P500 bribe from a citizen who violated the smoking ban. The video garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the video, it can be seen that the O.P.S personnel apprehended the man for smoking in public, which is strictly prohibited. However, the offender seems to beg and ask the officer to forgive him.
After a few moments, the two settled an agreement and the law offender get P500 and gave it to the personnel.
