Woman Helps People Affected By Taal Volcano Ashfall

WOMAN – A woman did this to help the fellowmen who are affected by Taal volcano’s ashfall on Sunday, January 12.

Last year, a Filipino clairvoyant named Hayi “Mamu” Cruz allegedly predicted the eruption of the Taal volcano. On Sunday, the second most active volcano in the county erupts belching steam, ash, and small rocks. The people living nearby are ordered to leave their houses because the eruption will be followed by earthquakes.

The ashfall has reached Metro Manila. In a previous article, a building in Mandaluyong City was covered with thick layers of gray ash due to the volcanic eruption.

Yesterday, the flights at Ninoy Aquino International Airport were canceled due to the ashfall. The industrial experts have also warned the people to stop using their air conditioner for the meantime because the ash could clog the outdoor condenser coil.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) gave an update about the status of the Taal volcano on Monday night. They said the lava fountain weakened last night but there is a possibility that it may change in the coming days.
