The bureau elaborated that it will bring cloudy skies with isolated rains and thunderstorms over Batangas, Cavite, Laguna and Quezon.

A report from GMA News states that there will be low visibility and mudflow during ashfall and light to moderate rains might occur.

Meanwhile, the tail end of a cold front will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Eastern and Central Visayas. The bureau warned of flash floods or landslides that might occur during heavy rainfall.

The northeast monsoon or amihan will affect the northern area of the country. It will bring cloudy skies with light rains over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region and Aurora.

The bureau warned of occasional strong winds especially in coastal and mountainous areas.

Amihan will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Ilocos Region. Intermitent strong winds might occur especially in coastal and mountainous areas.

The capital and the rest of the country will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains due to localized thunderstorms. The bureau warned of floods and landslides that might occur during extreme thunderstorms.

As per the report, the bureau is currently observing a low pressure area (LPA) that was last spotted at about 670 kilometers east northeast of Guiuan town, Eastern Samar.

The seaboards of Northern Luzon will have moderate to rough coastal waters.

The eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao will face moderate coastal waters while the rest of the country will face slight to moderate coastal waters.
