Arrest Warrant Issued Against Yeng Constantino, Singer Posts Bail
YENG CONSTANTINO – The Kapamilya actress-singer posted a bail following the release of an arrest warrant against her.
Recently, a lot of people were shocked upon the reports that a warrant of arrest was issued against Yeng Constantino. The singer-actress is facing cyberbullying charges.
The case is in line with the July 2019 incident involving Yeng and her husband, Yan Asuncion. The couple flew to Siargao for a vacation. However, during their vacation, singer’s husband met an accident.
Yeng and Yan were at a cliff-diving site in Siargao when the singer’s husband met an accident. He was rushed to Dapa Siargao Hospital.
However, initially, Yeng Constantino was not satified with how a doctor, Dr. Esterlina Tan, attended to her husband. She ranted about it on social media and it gained different reactions from the people.
Some netizens are on the side of Yeng while others defended the doctor. After a few days, the actress-singer apologized to the doctor and took down her vlog post against her.
Recently, it was confirmed that cyber bullying charges were filed against Yeng Constantino. Her camp seems clueless about it. Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, the actress-singer has already posted a bail.
Based on the photos of the documents in line with the issue, Yeng’s bail was set at Php 30,000.00. According to the report, Atty. Joji Alonso, the lawyer of the actress-singer, confirmed that her bail has been approved.
Currently, the camp of the actress-singer has yet to release an official statement. Her lawyer assured that they will be addressing the problem in the next days.
