Man With Hands Tied Discovered Dead In Quezon City

QUEZON CITY – A corpse of a man in Quezon City was recently discovered with his hands tied and was seemingly shot in the head.

According to GMA’s Balitambayan, the corpse was found at the Araneta Avenue in Barangay Doña Imelda at about 1 AM after the Galas Police Station received a call from a concerned citizen about a bloodied man in the said place.

The police immediately responded and approached the corpse. No one could determine as to who was behind the shooting.

Police investigation reports show that the victim was possibly shot there based on the two bullet cases that were discovered nearby.

The victim was identified as Rommel Fajutag, a resident from Happy Land Vitas in the district of Tondo, Manila.

Based on the report, a similar incident happened on December 23 where another man was found dead. He was found with his hands and feet tied and had a bullet wound in the head.

The incident occurred just four meters away from the recent scene of the crime. A motorcycle rider reported that the victim was mistaken for a taong grasa (homeless).

The said victim was identified as Morsid Limpan, a resident from Quiapo and bullet cases were also found in that area.
