Quezon Motorcycle Crash Left With Village Councilor Dead, 4 More Injured
QUEZON – A motorcycle crash in the town of General Nakar, Quezon province has left with a village councilor dead and four more people injured.

According to Inquirer, General Nakar police reports show that one of the victims, identified as Eliseo Astejada, aged 50 and a Barangay Poblacion councilor, was on his motorcycle when he collided with an oncoming motorcycle in Barangay Anoling around 6:30 PM.
Astejada, as well as the other motorcyle driver, identified as Randy Fugoso, sustained injuries and were taken to the Claro M. Recto Hospital in the nearby town of Infanta.
However, the village councilor died along the way while Fugoso was confined in the said hospital.
The other victims, identified as Judith Flores, aged 21; Joven Flores, aged 3; and Micaela Dunggon, aged 8, also sustained injuries and were taken to General Nakar municipal health center.
Based on the report, Judith confessed to the police that she and Fugoso were drunk when the mishap happened.
Judith further told the police that whey were having a drink when they decided to buy food in Anoling and brought the children with them. The crash happened on their way home.
As of the moment, the police are conducting further investigation.
