Passionate Doctor Ignores Own Illness Just to Save Critical Patient
A passionate doctor neglects his own illness just to save the life of his patient who is in critical condition during that time.
Doctor is a person with a medical degree who is tasked to apply immediate medical treatment and procedure to patients. Medical experts vowed to do their best to save their patient’s lives as a part of their responsibilities.
Medical practitioners are also risking their life and reputation performing surgical operations just to save their patients. However, not all surgeries are successful but most experts were able to complete the operation process.
Recently, a Chinese doctor earned praises from the online community after neglecting his own pain just save his patient who was in critical condition. The pancreatic surgeon identified as Doctor Liu in Huai’an, China was the doctor on duty during that time.
Liu performed the operation last December 28, 2019, although she felt severe pain around his waist and abdomen area while preparing for the surgery. The doctor ignored the pain because there’s no other doctor to perform the operation.
The doctor did not waste time and just asked his fellow doctors to give him a pain killer injection so he could perform the surgery. Liu was able to complete the surgery after an hour and immediately left the operating room.
After a few moments, his colleagues rushed him to the examination room and found a 1-cm stone blocking his urinary tract. His fellow doctors worked hard to save his life and the operation was successful.
