Severely affected areas succumbed to heavy rains which caused intense floodings. Homes were destroyed and at least 28 people were lost in the aftermath.

Luckily, there were more than 58,000 residents that were evacuated from their homes before the storm made landfall. According to an article from ABS-CBN, there were at least 15,000 stranded at ports when ferry trips were suspended.

In addition to this, several flights were canceled. The airport in Kalibo also suffered some serious damage causing further delays in the flights.

However, the weather bureau had stated that Ursula is said to leave the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Saturday Morning.

But, areas of Northern Luzon would be facing rains due to the tail end of the cold front. The Typhoon was last seen about 335 km west of Subic town, Zambales as of 3 A.M.

It is currently packed with maximum sustained winds of about 120 kilometers per hour and gusts of up to 150 kilometers per hour. It is heading northwest at about 10 kilometers per hour.
