Construction Worker Bullies Boy w/ Down Syndrome Inside Computer Shop During Christmas Eve
BULLYING INCIDENT – A construction worker was caught on camera while bullying a boy with Down syndrome inside a computer shop.
Nowadays, bullying is one of the major problems not only in the Philippines but also in different countries all around the world. Young children and teenagers are the most victims of bullying incidents.
The Philippine government and other private sectors are already taking actions to prevent or reduce the increasing rate of bullying in the country. However, bullying is still happening without the knowledge of everyone.
Recently, a Facebook user named Irene Pabro Barrameda has expressed her disappointment and fury towards a 19-year-old construction worker who bullied her son John Ace Barrameda who has Down syndrome.
Barrameda said that the bully identified as JH OV EL Tapangco punched, laughed, and even slapped her mentally incapacitated son with a 4000ml mineral water bottle. The helpless bullying victim can’t do anything but cry inside the computer shop.
The incident has been captured by the CCTV camera inside the computer, which was happened last December 24, 2019 (Tuesday – Christmas Eve).
