PAGASA – Typhoon Ursula Slightly Weakens, Brings Rains To Luzon
PAGASA – Weather bureau PAGASA said that typhoon Ursula slightly weakens but will bring rains over some areas of Luzon this December 26.

The bureau said that all Tropical Cyclone Wind Signals (TCWS) have already been lifted.
According to a report form GMA News, Ursula was last seen at about 235 kilometers northwest of the town of Coron, Palawan as of 10 AM.
It is packed with maximum sustained winds of about 120 kilometers per hour and gusts of up to 150 kilometers per hour. It is moving west northwest at about 15 kilometers per hour.
Light to moderate with intermittent heavy rains will be faced by the northern portion of Palawan, including Calamian Islands and Lubang Island.
Meanwhile, cloudy skies with scattered rains will be faced by Central Luzon, Metro Manila, Rizal, and Northern Quezon.
As per the report, residents in the aforementioned areas, especially those in areas highly susceptible to hazards, are urged to take precautionary measures against possible flash floods and landslides due to the rain.
The typhoon is set to leave the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Saturday morning (December 28).
