SB19 ACCUSED OF BEING RACIST – The Pinoy-pop group SB19 is making waves domestically with an ever-increasing fan base.

The group recently did a concert on Negros Island in the Visayas. However, a netizen on Twitter mistook their tweet to their fans on the island as something racist.

The tweet went:

Hello Negros!
We are now in your zone!
Excited na kami sa mga mangyayari sa aming first stop for our nationwide tour.

This somehow triggered some of the more uneducated Twitter users. Confused and angry, they retweeted SB19’s update and began their accusations.

One Twitter user, @cosmicnicks said:
“proves you shouldn’t stan the kpops they racist”. This then led to the Filipino fans trying their best to explain that Negros is an Island in the Philippines.
