13-Year-Old Boy Shoots Dead Bully Inside Own School
BOY SHOOTS BULLY DEAD – A 13-year-old schoolboy shot dead his own classmate after repeatedly bullying him.
According to a report from Bangkok Post, the fatal incident happened inside a public school in Tambon Bang Kraso of Muang District around 8:30 a.m. The shot student was left lying in his own blood in front of his classroom.
Emergency responders found the shot student, Chonlasit Boonchan, another 13-year-old having a gunshot wound to the right of his forehead. He was a student from Mathayom Suksa 1.
Teachers and medics tried their best to revive him with CPR. However, they failed to save the boy’s life.
As per the report, the young shooter was caught and already taken into custody. In addition, the police had found a 7.65mm pistol in his shoulder bag.
According to the authorities, the shooter said that he was continuously bullied by Chonlasit. He explained that he kept slapping his head and called him a “toot” (ladyboy).
Because of the repeated bullying, the boy finally snapped and decided to put an end to it. He said is stole his father’s pistol from their house and shot Chonlasit as he was taking off his shoes to enter the classroom after the flag-raising.
Afterward, the young shooter fled to the bathroom to change his clothes and attempt to run-away from the school. But, he was caught by teachers and senior students.
The boy was said to be wearing a black mask, shirt, and gloves when he came to shoot Chonlasit. Hearing the news, the slain student’s father rushed to the school and burst into tears upon seeing his son’s dead body.
