Employer Rewarded his Employee New Smartphone Earned Praise Online

An employer who rewarded his employee new smartphone because of its hardship went viral and earned praise online.

We can’t deny that it’s so hard to find trustworthy employees. We’re lucky enough if that employee will stay for more than three (3) years.

They said that treating your employees nice and treating them as normal people and not as a slave will keep their loyalty strong to you. Just like this employer who rewarded one of his employees a smartphone because it cannot afford to buy a new one.

On Facebook, the page Sabrinacio Footwear shared a video showing the happiness of an employee who was rewarded by his employer a brand new smartphone because of his hardship. The video was taken by the employer while they were at gadget store looking for new smartphone.

In the video, the employer asked his two employees which is the better smartphone. He asked one of his employees when he will buy new smartphone but it said he can’t buy new one because he still saving his money.

Eventually, he gives the smartphone they have chosen to his employee who was wearing blue sando. The reactions of his employee are mix happiness and shamefaced when he received the brand new smartphone.

As said in the caption, one of his greatest assets was his employees. He said to his caption that if you’re a business minded person you should mind you employees.

You also give them importance, people are also tired, they also need time & attention. And most specially, please let them know they have value in you, he added.

“if you take care of employees they will take care of your customers and your business will take care of itself” he concluded.
