The bureau elaborated that cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the cold front’s tail end will be faced by Cagayan Valley and Cordillera Administrative Region.

According to Inquirer, meanwhile, Ilocos Region will face cloudy skies and light rains due to amihan or the northeast monsoon.

As for the capital city and the rest of the country, they will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains due to localized thunderstorms.

Based on the report, the bureau said that Northern Luzon will face strong northeastern winds with rough coastal waters.

The rest of Luzon, on the other hand, will face moderate to strong east northeast winds with moderate to rough coastal waters.

Visayas and Mindanao will face light to moderate northeast to northwest winds and their coastal waters will range from slight to moderate.

Typhoon Tisoy, internationally called Kammuri, further weakened into a low pressure area (LPA). It is, by far, the 20th and the strongest storm to enter the Philippines this year 2019.

Tisoy wreaked havoc, leaving hundreds of millions worth of damage and killing at about a dozen people.
