TISOY – Typhoon Tisoy has left at least 1,219 passengers stranded in different ports in Northern Samar.

The typhoon has entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Saturday and has brought with it harsh weather conditions. Areas around the Philippines have now declared signal no. 3.
