Germany Needs 1000 Filipino Nurses In 2020
1000 FILIPINO NURSES – Great news for Filipino nurses who want to work abroad to get higher pay as Germany needs 1000 Filipino Nurses to add in their workforce.
This was made possible because of the “Triple Win” project that was established by the Philippines and Germany. There is now a large need for workers in their medical field.
This is because Germany has a labor shortage. Adding to that, they also have a big aging population.
Because of that, there is a big demand for workers in the medical field. Along with this, Germany believed in the training and educational system in the Philippines.
The nurses in the Philippines are also renowned for their work ethic and values. This perception holds true not only in Germany but in the whole world.
According to ABS-CBN, the Triple Win project has been going on since 2013. Ever since then, there are 931 Filipino Nurses that have been deployed to Germany.
Here are the qualifications for potential applicants:
- Has a Bachelor’s in Science in Nursing
- Has an active PH Nursing Licences
- 2 Years related professional course
- German Language proficiency
- Willing to undergo German Language training in PH
The nurses in Germany would also be compensated greatly. The base monthly pay goes for about 2000 – 2400 euros (112k – 134k pesos).
If you have qualified and got all the requirements, the employer would shoulder the visa and airfare. However, board and lodging would not be included.
Applications for the job would start in 2020. However, applications for 1500 female nurses in Saudi Arabia is still going on.
The pay per month is about 4110 Riyal or 55 thousand Pesos. Along with this, applicants get free airfare, food, and lodging. Interested applicants can apply on the POEA website.
