‘Superman’ Henry Cavill Is Set To Hold A Fan Meet in Manila
SUPERMAN – The lead actor of DC Comics’ ‘Superman,’ Henry Cavill, is coming to the Philippines to promote his new series“The Witcher.”
Undeniably, ‘Superman’ is considered one of the famous fictional superheroes in the world. He first appeared in a comic book that was published in April 1938.
The superhero from the “Krypton” planet regularly appears on DC Comic books. He has been adapted to tv shows and movies.
Among the people who are very fond of Superman are the Filipinos. In a previous article, there was a man from Negros who caught the attention of the netizens after wearing the iconic red suit of the superhero as part of his daily routine.
The 43-year-old man admitted that he has been a fan of the iconic hero since his childhood days. He imitated his hairstyle, costume and Clark Kent’s glasses.
British actor Henry Cavill portrayed the role of Superman. He gained prominence after he bagged the role. The 36-year-old celebrity is currently busy promoting his new tv series “The Witcher.”
Based on a report from GMA News, he is coming to the Philippine this Christmas to promote his show. This coming December 12, he will be meeting his Pinoy fans for the #TheWitcherInManila event.
According to the report, Henry Cavill will be visiting Manila to encourage his fans to watch Netflix’s adaptation of the game series ‘The Witcher.’ The famous actor plays the role of Geralt. The fan meeting will start around 5 in the afternoon at Ayala Malls Manila Bay.
Henry is known for starring in Mission Impossible: Fallout with Tom Cruise and DC’s Man Of Steel. No doubt, his and Superman’s fans in the country couldn’t wait to see him in person.
