PAGASA – Kammuri Enhances Further, Nears Luzon
PAGASA – Weather bureau PAGASA said that the now severe tropical storm Kammuri enhanced further as it draws nearer o the Philippines.

The bureau further said that the severe tropical cyclone is packed with maximum sustained winds of about 110 kilometers per hour and gustiness of up to 135 kilometers per hour.
According to ABS-CBN, Kammuri is currently heading north west at about 10 kilometers per hour. It is expected to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Sunday after the opening of the 30th Southeast Asian (SEA) Games.
Once it enters the PAR, it will be locally named Tisoy and will become the 20th tropical cyclone to enter the country this year 2019.
As per the report, the storm might effect central and southern Luzon, which are hosting the SEA Games starting November 30 up to December 11.
Kammuri’s extension or trough will bring scattered rains over Visayas, Northern Mindanao, and Zomboanga Peninsula. Northern and central Luzon, meanwhile, will face the northeast monsoon or amihan.
As per the temperature, Metro Manila will face a maximum 31 degrees Celsius, 27 degrees Celsius in Tagaytay, 22 degrees Celsius in Baguio, 32 degrees Celsius in Cebu, and 32 degrees Celsius in Davao.
