CARINDERIA OWNER – A video where an old man working and living alone in Aklan received help from a carinderia owner goes viral.

Energy FM radio anchor Archie Hilaro posted a video on YouTube entitled “MABAIT NA MAY- ARI NG KARENDERIA PINAPAKAIN NG LIBRE ANG POBRENG LOLO,KAYA NAMAN PINAGPAPALA SIYA!”.

According to Kami, a 76 year old man was living alone in Altavas, Aklan, was unconditionally aided by a stranger.

That person turned out to be the owner of the carinderia, according to Archie, who felt heartwarming upon hearing the story. The owner felt pity on the old man so he helped him despite living far away from each other.

The elder earned ₱30 for working as a woodcutter but there are times where he earns nothing at all. This prompted the owner to feed him since his situation is dire.

This caught the attention of an overseas Filipino worker (OFW), who is a follower of the radio, to lend a hand to the elder, as well as the owner in order to aid people in hard situations such as the case of the elder.

Based on the report, both the elder and the owner felt grateful for the blessings they received.
