PAGASA – Kammuri Approaches, Cloudy Skies And Rains On Wednesday
PAGASA – Weather bureau PAGASA said that cloudy skies and rains will be faced by the capital and parts of Luzon while Kammuri approaches.

The weather bureau elaborated that cloudy skies and light rains will prevail over Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Bicol Region, Aurora and Quezon.
According to Inquirer, the bureau said in its 4 AM bureau that cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will prevail over Visayas, Caraga, Northern Mindanao, Davao Region, and Palawan.
The rest of Luzon and Mindanao will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains.
Based on the report, on the other hand, Tropical Storm Kammuri is expected to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Saturday evening or Sunday morning.
Kammuri was last seen at about 1.9K east of Visayas. It is currently packed with maximum sustained winds of 85 kilometers per hour and gusts of 105 kilometers per hour.
The weather disturbance is heading west at about 35 kilometers per hour. It will be locally named Tisoy once it enters the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
