Jane De Leon Shares Current Updates On Darna Film
JANE DE LEON – Jane de Leon, the star who took the role of the titular superheroine Darna, shared updates about the upcoming Darna film.
According to ABS-CBN, De Leon says she is currently excited on finally wearing the costume of the titular superheroine’s costume and begin the filming.
De Leon also disclosed that she already read the script and have learned that the cast is nearly complete.
“Iyong cast, balita ko, nakukumpleto na. Excited na ako ma-meet sila!”
The filming for the Darna film is expected to start in 2020 at the ABS-CBN’s Horizon sound stages, which is located in San Jose del Monte in Bulacan.
As for Jane, she continues to undergo physical training for the role, specifically to put on muscle weight ant to perform certain stunts for the film.
For her, she did expect that it will be hard but she never thought it would be that intense.
“Sobrang hirap!” “Ang in-expect ko mahirap siya, pero mas mahirap pa pala.”
As per the report, she is also preparing mentally due to the high demands of the role, as well as the pressure that comes with it.
“Mentally, nakaka-pressure, kasi siyempre, everyone nag-e-expect sa akin. But it’s okay, nandiyan naman ang family and friends ko, especially the management to guide me. ‘Pag nagwo-worry ako, nagpe-pray lang ako para mawala,”
