Pia Wurtzbach To Skip Miss Universe 2019 Due To This Reason
MISS UNIVERSE 2019 – ABS-CBN actress had to decline her hosting stint at the Miss Universe 2019 due to this reason.
Fil-German actress, model and beauty queen Pia Wurtzbach won the Miss Universe crown in 2015. After she fulfilled her duties, she went back to the Philippines to restart her career in showbiz.
She then starred on Vice Ganda’s Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) 2017 entry “Gandarrapiddo: The Revengers Squad” and hosted ‘World of Dance Philippines‘ with Luis Manzano.
A few days ago, Pia Wurtzbach posted an after-gym selfie with Miss Universe Philippines 2019 Gazini Ganados. Their post-workout selfie earned various reactions from the online community.
The Cebuana beauty queen said Pia helped her prepare for the Miss Universe pageant the United States on December 8. “The most important tip that I got from her is just be yourself and enjoy your journey,” she said.
Recently, Pia Wurtzbach said she won’t be attending Miss Universe 2019 in Atlanta, Georgia next month. She confirmed it through social media.
The 30-year-old celebrity replied to her Instagram follower who asked if she already has a ticket for the pageant. Pia said she will be skipping this year’s prestigious competition due to her prior commitments for her travel show.
“I will not be watching miss universe this year,” she said,
Pia Wurtzbach also said in her post that her working Visa in Japan has been released before Miss Universe Organization (MUO) officially announced the date and schedule of the coronation night.
She said the tourism board of Japan invited her travel show “Pia’s Postcards” to feature Fukuoka. Her show featured tourist sports from all over the world airs on Metro Channel.
