Fire Catches Bacolod Pension House

BACOLOD PENSION HOUSE – An accommodation establishment in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental was caught by fire this morning, November 26, 2019.

One of the incidents that can put a lot of lives at risk is fire. It can happen anytime and even when there is a heavy downpour of rain. It can lead to damages in structures and loss of lives.

Unfortunately, today, a Bacolod pension house in Negros Occidental was caught by fire early in the morning. Based on a post of Aksyon Radyo Bacolod on its Facebook page, the establishment involved was the former Bascon Hotel and now Java Pension House. It is located along the Gonzaga and Locsin Streets.

It was past 5:00 o’clock in the morning when the incident started. Firefighters did rescue operations as several people may be trapped inside the pension house. According to the report, a witness claimed that a certain “Tomy Mondragon” is trapped inside the pension house.

Also, the rescuers spotted lights coming from flashlights inside the pension house. It prompted the possibility that there are more people inside the establishment that’s on fire.
