Magnitude 3.7 Earthquake Hits Davao Oriental on Saturday (November 23)
EARTHQUAKE ALERT – The state seismology agency reported that a magnitude 3.7 earthquake has struck the province of Davao Oriental.
Earthquake is one of the deadliest calamities that could hit a place, which could result in damage to properties and even loss of lives. It could hit areas without prior signs and indications.

On Saturday (November 23, 2019), the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology announced that a magnitude 3.7 earthquake struck the town of Governor Generoso in Davao Oriental at 07:18 am.
Phivolcs located the quake’s epicenter at 06.00°N, 127.04°E – 107 km S 58° E of Governor Generoso. The slightly strong tremor is tectonic in origin and has a depth of focus of 046 kilometers.
The volcanology agency also said that there are no damage and aftershocks are expected following the incident.
