Piolo Pascual, Claudine Barretto Reunion Movie Still Pushing Through?
PIOLO PASCUAL – Kapamilya actor Piolo Pascual couldn’t give away details about his upcoming movie with Claudine Barretto.
Filipino actor, singer, and model Piolo Pascual has been paired with various Kapamilya actresses like Bea Alonzo, Toni Gonzaga, and Arci Muñoz among others. A few months ago, news broke out that he and the ‘Optimum Star’ Claudine Barretto were reuniting for a romantic movie.
Star Magic handler Lulu Romero posted the actor’s new look on her Instagram account. It looks like, he’s been preparing for his upcoming movie with Claudine.
Lots of Filipinos are aware of the Barretto feud. Surely, they have been asking if Piolo Pascual and Claudine Barretto’s reunion movie would push through.
The prominent actor as interviewed by PEP during the shoot of ABS-CBN’s Christmas Station ID on November 10. The reporter asked him for his reactions to the feud between the famous Barretto sisters. He refused to give comments about it.
“I’m not in the position to say anything about that. It’s a very sensitive issue. Let’s just wait and see. We only have prayers to everyone,” he said.
Reporters asked Piolo Pascual to share some updates about their reunion movie. He also couldn’t share some details about it because he wasn’t sure if the project will push through.
“It’s rather confidential for now but yeah, it’s a very interesting story. Next year? We don’t know yet, mahirap magsalita tapos di mangyayari. I’m just really waiting, depende sa Star Cinema,” he said.
According to the report, Cathy Garcia-Molina will be directing Piolo and Claudine’s film if it pushes through. It will be their comeback film since Milan (2004). In a previous article, the actress shared that the shooting was scheduled to start by June or July in Florence, Italy.
