Numerous disappointed customers criticized a certain online seller after receiving empty earphone cases thinking that earphone is included.

However, there are some customers who were complaining after receiving products, which is not exactly what they have ordered. Some of them allegedly received stones, soap, and nothing.
Recently, a Facebook user named Kate Nicole Escobido has shared the photos of an online seller selling TPU Silicon Bluetooth Wireless Earphone Case For AirPods. The buyers expressed their disappointment after receiving the product.
The clients expressed their fury towards the online seller after receiving empty earphone cases thinking that AirPods are included on the item.
However, the seller stated on the product description that it was just a case and earphone is not included.
