4-7-8 Breathing – This is a simple three-step technique to help you fall asleep better.

What you need to do is breathe in deeply through the nose for four seconds. Then, hold it for seven seconds. Afterward, exhale through your mouth for eight seconds.

This exercise allows your lungs to circulate more air throughout your body. Along with this, it promotes a state of relaxation.
