Oil Companies Set To Implement Gasoline Price Increase For 2 Consecutive Weeks

PUMP PRICE HIKE – The oil companies are set to implement another gasoline price hike for two consecutive weeks.

The increasing prices of petroleum products have been one of the major problems in the country. Pump price hike usually causes an increase in food products and transportation fare, which contributes to the burden of Filipino people.

Recently, several oil firms announced that they will implement another increase in the price of gasoline but they will impose price rollback when it comes to the prices of diesel and kerosene.

Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp issued an advisory informing the public that they would implement a P0.85 price increase per liter of gasoline while reducing the price of kerosene by P0.25 and diesel by P0.15.

Petro Gazz and Cleanfuel will also implement similar price adjustments, except for kerosene. Clean fuel has already implemented the price on Sunday (November 17) at 4:01 pm.

Petron Corp. has already announced the same price changes while other oil companies have yet to make further announcements regarding the matter.
