ETHEL BOOBA – The famous comedienne and TNT Celebrity grand champion Ethel Booba announced that she is six months pregnant.
Angel Locsin is engaged. Sarah Geronimo is engaged. Anne Curtis is pregnant. Vice Ganda is taken. Indeed, the last quarter of 2019 for the Kapamilya network has been filled with so many good news about their most-prized artists. And another good news just came. A new life is expected and that is from Ethel Booba who is now six months pregnant.
Ethel is Tawag Ng Tanghalan Celebrity Champion and doubling up her happiness is the child inside her stomach – her first child with her non-showbiz boyfriend Jessie Salazar. She announced this good news on Friday in the show “Its Showtime”.
She was encouraged by Vice Ganda to drop the good news for everyone’s happiness. Emotional, Ethel announced that she is indeed carrying a life inside and expressed how grateful she is for that. At first, everyone was just thinking that she’s just joking but the moment a tear fell, that’s when the people knew she’s telling the truth and that is she is going to be a mother soon.
Ethel quipped, “I’m happy for the gift of life…Kaya nahiharapan ako kumanta parang lalabas yung bahay-bata ko… Double celebration, double congratulations to me. 6 months.”
“Ang sabi ko kasi sa kanya, ‘Alam mo ang Pilipinas ngayon punong-puno kasi ng bad news kaya kapag merong mga good news silang naririnig nagbubunyi talaga yung Pilipinas. Nung na-engaged si Angel Locsin, nagbunyi ang Pilipinas. Na-engaged si Sarah Geronimo, nagbunyi ang Pilipinas, nagka-jowa ako marami ang nagbunyi, nabuntis si Anne Curtis nagbunyi ang Pilipinas. Parang lahat tayo takam-takam sa good news kaya kung may good news ka, kung gusto mong i-share, i-share mo kasi gusto namin ng good news,” says Vice Ganda.
