MRT-3 Offers Free Rides to Minors on Wednesday (November 6)
The Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3) announced that they would give free rides to minors on National Children’s Month.
Nowadays, most Filipino commuters across the National Capital Region prefer to take trains at MRT-3 to avoid traffic congestions along the road to reach their destination faster and without further troubles.
However, MRT-3 charges slightly expensive fare to commuters compared to public jeepneys and buses offering affordable fare to the passengers. Some passengers do not have enough money to take train.
Recently, the management of MRT-3 said that people who were 18 years old and below could avail their free ride offer on Wednesday November 6, 2019. The free rides have been done in commemoration of National Children’s Month.
The train station said that minors could avail the free rides starting 7:00 am until 9:00 am and from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Wednesday.
“Ang pagbibigay ng libreng sakay ay bilang pakikiisa ng ahensya sa pagdiriwang ng 27th National Children’s Month,” MRT-3 said.
The management instructed that the students just have to present their valid school ID to avail the free rides.
