Lolit Solis has this post about mistresses, netizens mentioned Gretchen Barretto’s name
Entertainment columnist Lolit Solis shared a post on Instagram about mistresses and this made netizens conclude that it was to Gretchen Barretto.
It seemed that the issue about the Barretto clan is still making a loud buzz on social media. It can be recalled that a physical confrontation happened between the Barretto sisters in the wake of their father.
Amid this issue, controversies about the Barretto sisters resurfaced and new issues came out. Previously, Lolit shared a post mentioning the alleged relationship of Gretchen with businessman Atong Ang. To the knowledge of the public, Greta is the longtime partner of business tycoon Tonyboy Cojuangco but the latter is still in a married status with his estranged wife.
A recent post of Lolit Solis about mistresses made netizens conclude that it was for Gretchen Barretto. The columnist said, “Kahit pa nga relax na ang kultura natin at marami ng nauunawaan kung mistress man o ‘kabit’ ang isang babae, hindi pa rin matatawaran iyon posisyon ng tunay na asawa.”
Lolit also said that the legal wife is “premium” even though the mistress really loves the man not just for money. She even cited an example – Bossing Vic Sotto and Pauleen Luna. The columnist said that even though the veteran comedian-host was linked to several women after his annulment with Dina Bonnevie, Pauleen is still the winner. “Si Pauleen Luna pa rin ang lucky legal wife dahil pinakasalan siya ni Vic Sotto,” Manay Lolit stated.
She added that the society has high respect for legal wives as she also mentioned Pia Romeo, the wife of Terrence Romeo. Because of this, some netizens commented that she is still pointing to Gretchen with this post.
