It was last spotted at 895 kilometers west of south Luzon and is packed with maximum sustained winds of about 65 kilometer per hour and gustiness of up to 80 kilometers per hour. It is less likely to affect the country.

Based on the report, cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to easterlies will be faced by Bicol Region and Aurora, Quezon, Cagayan and Isabela provinces.

Meanwhile, Batanes and Babuyan Islands will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to amihan or the northeast monsoon.

As for the capital and the rest of the country, they will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.
