Isko Moreno Caught Teenagers Violating Manila Curfew Ordinance
ISKO MORENO – Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” caught minors himself violating the curfew.
Manila Mayor Francisco Isko Moreno Domagoso implemented a curfew to all the minors in the city. he expressed that he’s disappointed to see young boys and girls roaming the streets during the night.
The 45-year-old politician caught 20 teenagers roaming in the city streets. He announced that they will conduct a strict implementation of the City Ordinance.
In September, the authorities in Manila caught 100 teenagers violating the curfew. The minors were caught in Sta. Cruz and was brought to the Raxabago Police Station.
Recently, the mayor once again caught minors violating the curfew in Manila. The video was shared on Raffy Tulfo’s Supporters Facebook Page. It garnered 7.4K reactions, 728 shares, and 175 views as of this writing.
Isko Moreno was seen interrogating the teenagers and the two adults. He asked why they’re still outside and it’s already past their curfew.
The teenagers said they went outside to buy food at the female street vendor. He told them they should not be staying outside considering the place is under the drug watchlist of the police. One of the teenagers pointed to the exact location of the drug dealing area.
Moreno didn’t take the minors into custody. Instead, he advised all of them to go home after their food is cooked.
