Video of Traffic Cops Who Towed a Tricycle After the Driver Parked In Front of Hospital Due to Emergency
Several traffic cops allegedly towed a tricycle after the driver parked it in front of the hospital due to emergency.
Nowadays, illegal parking has been one of the major problems not only in the Philippines but also in different countries all around the world. It is considered as a traffic violation that usually causes traffic congestion along the road.
The Philippine government are already implementing stricter traffic rules and regulations to reduce the worsening traffic problem in the country. The authorities usually tow illegally parked vehicles.
However, towing personnel must also consider motorists and might give them a violation ticket instead of towing the vehicle if they have a valid reason.
Recently, the Facebook page “Trending Pinoy Videos” has shared the video footage of a couple complaining after their tricycle has been towed by the towing personnel. The driver rushed his wife at the emergency room due to dizziness.
In the video, it can be seen that the couple is asking the traffic cops to return their tricycle. The driver parked the tricycle at the hospital in Sta. Cruz Laguna due to emergency.
