PAGASA – Cloudy Skies, Scattered Rains In Parts Of Luzon
PAGASA – Weather bureau PAGASA recently said that parts of Luzon will face cloudy skies and scattered rains due to northeasterly surface windflow.
The bureau further added on their morning forecast that due to the northeasterly surface windflow, cloudy skies and scattered rains will be experienced by the following:
- Quezon
- Camarines Norte
- Camarines Sur
- Catanduanes
According to GMA News, the bureau warned the public due to flash floods and thunderstorms.
On the other hand, the northeasterly surface windflow will also bring cloudy skies and isolated light rains to the following areas:
- Batanes
- Ilocos Norte
- Apayao
- Cagayan
For the capital and the rest of the Philippines, meanwhile,they will face fair weather with partly cloudy to cloudy skies and instances of rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
The bureau also warned the public of these areas of flash floods and landslides that will occur during extreme thunderstorms.

- Baguio: 16ºC-24ºC
- Laoag: 23ºC-31ºC
- Tuguegarao: 23ºC-32ºC
- Olongapo: 25ºC-33ºC
- Tagaytay: 21ºC-29ºC
- Lipa: 24ºC-32ºC
- Legazpi: 25ºC-33ºC
- Metro Cebu: 25ºC-32ºC
- Tacloban: 26ºC-31ºC
- Iloilo/Bacolod: 26ºC-32ºC
- Cagayan de Oro: 25ºC-32ºC
- Valencia: 21ºC-33ºC
- Metro Davao: 25ºC-33ºC
- Zamboanga: 24ºC-33ºC
