Duterte’s Health Status After Motorcycle Accident Revealed by Panelo
Presidential Spokesman Salvador Panelo revealed the current health status of President Duterte after the motorcycle accident.
On Wednesday evening (October 17, 2019), President Rodrigo Duterte has been involved in a motorcycle accident. The country’s leader fell off from his motorcycle on his way out of Presidential Security Group compound at the Malacañang complex.
The accident happened after President Duterte attended the launching ceremony of a coal power plant in Taguig City, according to Senator Christopher “Bong” Go. The former top aide said that the president only complained of hip pain.
Recently, Panelo has also revealed the health status of President Duterte after the motorcycle accident. He said that Mr. Duterte is already safe and would still go to the events he is scheduled to attend.
“He is in good hands, walang major injury,” Panelo said. The spokesman also told the reporters that Duterte suffered bruises and scratches but he would not visit a doctor anymore.
