PAGASA – Hagibis To Enter Philippine Area Of Responsibilty
PAGASA – Weather state bureau PAGASA recently said that typhoon Hagibis will enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
The bureau‘s weather specialist Loriedin De La Cruz said that it is currently packed with maximum sustained wind s of about 120 kilometers per hour and gustiness of up to 150 kilometers per hour.
According to ABS-CBN News, the potential 16th storm of the Philippines this year is expected to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Wednesday or Thursday (October 9 or October 10). However, it is unlikely to make rainfall.
The warm winds or the easterlies from the Pacific Ocean will bring generally fair weather in Metro Manila, as well as the rest of the country. However, there will be chances of rains in the afternoon or evening.
As per the report, the typhoon approached the Philippines a week after typhoon Onyok brought rains to northern Luzon.
As for the temperature, Manila will have a maximum 32 degrees Celsius, 32 degrees Celsius in Cebu, 28 degrees Celsius and Tagaytay, 32 degrees Celsius in Davao and 23 degrees Celsius in Baguio City.
