Cristine Reyes Gets Emotional, Cries During TV Interview
CRISTINE REYES – ABS-CBN actress Cristine Reyes became emotional and cried during her interview with host Boy Abunda.
Filipina actress Cristine Reyes is the sister of the veteran singer-actress Ara Mina. She tied the knot with Ali Khatibi in 2016. They are blessed with beautiful daughter named Amarah Khatibi.
In February, Ara accidentally confirmed her sister split from her husband. “Hindi ako nakikialam sa kanyang love life… parang what you see is what you get na lang…Happy siya in a way, kasi, nakaka-bonding niya kaming family,” said Ara.
Recently, Cristine Reyes guested on ‘King of Talk’ Boy Abunda’s talk show “Tonight with Boy Abunda.” The prominent host asked the actress about her upcoming film with Xian Lim entitled “Untrue.”
“Basing on the film, yes. Well, number one kapag nag-start ang pagmamahalan sa kasinungalingan dahil ayaw natin na masira tayo sa taong gusto natin, itatago natin yun mga bagay na alam natin na ikakasira natin sa kanya…”
“Ibig sabihin, mahal mo, mas mahal mo sarili mo kesa dun sa tao kasi mas pinili mo na pagtakpan yung kasinungalingan na yun kesa maging tapat ka dun sa taong mahal mo. Dahil ang totoong taong nagmamahal, dapat tapat ka,” she added.
Cristine Reyes’ response prompted the host to inquire if she has experienced the same thing. The actress admitted that she has and it eventually happened several times.
“Marami na. Marami na akong na encounter na nag-sinungaling. Iba’t ibang rason,” she replied.
