Proud Dad Shows Support For PWD Son During LET Examination
A proud dad shows support to his PWD son since his college days until taking the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET).
A Facebook user named Sheila Mae Estrañero Glor has shared the photo of a proud father who is assisting his disabled son while taking the board exam for teachers. The loving dad go with his son at the examination center and patiently wait outside the room.
Glor wrote on her post that she arrived at the center around 5:30 am although the examination started around 6:30 am but she did not notice the old man. After the first subject, she noticed the supportive dad standing outside the room.
The lady netizen finished the exams around 5:30 pm and she decided to speak with the man waiting outside the room. She was nearly burst into tears upon discovering the sacrifices of the father for his son.

“Post ko lang po si Tatay na kasama namin kahapon sa school na pinag ganapan ng board exam (LET) namin.
6:30am ang start ng exam kaya around 5:30 andoon na kaming lahat. Hindi ko agad napansin si Tatay sa dami ng tao at dahil din siguro nakatuon ang atensyon ko sa parating na exam. Pero noong pagkatapos ng unang subject, nakita ko na s’ya na nasa tapat ng classroom. Nakaupo at naghihintay. Nginingitian n’ya ang bawat dumadaan.
Sa isip ko, napakasupportive naman ni Tatay.
6:30am to 6:30pm ang LET pero mga 5pm pa lang tapos na halos lahat sa subject na Specialization.
5:30pm natapos na rin ako. Bale, 4 na lang kami sa loob, ako, 2 babae, at si Sir na nakawheel chair.
Lumabas na ako para hintayin yung kasama ko.
Ngitian ako ni Tatay kaya ngumiti din ako sa kanya.
Bungad n’ya… “Nag eexam sa loob ang anak ko eh.” Tila proud na proud s’ya. “Ay talaga po? Sino po ang anak nyo d’yan, Tay?”
“Yun oh!” sabay turo sa may bintana. Si Sir pala na nakawheel chair ang anak n’ya.
“Mula 1st year yan hatid sundo ko na ‘yan. Hanggang ngayon na board n’ya.”Gusto kong maiyak. Dama ko yung sakripisyo ni Tatay at ng lahat ng mga magulang para sa mga anak nila. Yung kaya nilang gawin ang lahat nang walang pagkapagod o pagkainip. 😭
Isinama ko po kayo sa prayer ko, Tay. Na nawa bigyan ka pa ng mas mahaba pang buhay at mas malakas na katawan. At nawa din makapasa ang anak n’yo. 🙏
Di ko na nainterview pa si Tatay kasi ilang minuto lang natapos na din si Sir sa pagsasagot at sinundo na s’ya ni Tatay sa loob.”
