The social media users react to the photo of an establishment implementing a “No Noon Break Policy” but closed during lunch break.
Nowadays, most government agencies are already implementing “No Noon Break Policy” to give a quality and continuous service to the public. The program means that operations should not between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm.
However, the policy does not mean that employees are not allowed to take their lunch or break. The workers may take their breaks but not all at once so the delivery of services could continue during noontime.
Recently, a Facebook user named Ronniel Capadocia has shared the photo of a certain establishment that imposes a no noon break policy but their windows are closed during lunch break.
In the photo, it can be seen that the windows are closed during lunchbreak although a “No Noon Break” posted has been posted at the top of the counter.
