According to PEP, Ignacio recognized that many Filipinos show no respect in various institutions, further saying that as long as it goes viral, it will be talked about and gets more viral.

Ignacio further pointed out an episode on ABS-CBN’s late night talk show Gandang Gabi Vice when it featured Dave Salvador and Renz de Leon, two Boy Scouts, who were viral on social media for dancing ladylike on camp.

Here is the video:

For Ignacio, Vice Ganda allegedly sullied the Boy Scouts of the Philippines by letting the two kids dance on stage.

Ignacio added that doing so will imply that there is no longer any regulation nor there will be discretion, further saying that just because everyone enjoyed it doesn’t mean it is right.

As per the report, there are already literally fewer Boy Scouts, further added that it will further descend more.

Ignacio had nothing to do against the two Boy Scouts but rather pointed out how they were dancing in Boy Scouts’ uniform as a means of allegedly indirectly disrespecting the institution.

He further lead the TV shows to be selective when it comes to viral media since doing so will give more importance to whatever cause it is presenting.
