Kapuso actor Derek Ramsay reacted to a comment from a netizen who said that he has “same feathers with Gerald Anderson”.
Gerald went controversial due to rumors linking him to his Between Maybes leading lady Julia Barretto. That time, to everyone’s knowledge, he was still in a relationship with Bea Alonzo. The bashing intensified when Bea said that Gerald just suddenly stopped talking to her without formal breakup.
Meanwhile, Derek recently revealed that he and his The Better Woman leading lady Andrea Torres are more than just friends. This happened three months after he broke up with his long-time girlfriend Joanne Villablanca. Many fans and celebrities congratulated them but negative comments also came.
The hunk actor recently shared a photo on his Instagram account with the Kapuso actress. “Beh Juliet!!!!! Di ka kasama! Hahahaha,” wrote in his caption. Juliet is the other antagonist character of Andrea in the Kapuso series.
The said post of Derek received a negative comment from a netizen. “Same feathers with @andersongeraldjr (person shrugging emoji) Ung chuchakin lahat na makatrabaho (face palm emoji),” IG user @reyyiu commented. This received a reply from the actor as he said, “sino sa mga leading ladies ko ang naging gf ko?” Based on PEP’s report, the netizen already deleted the comment.
A fan of the hunk actor commented that Kapamilya actress Cristine Reyes was the only leading lady he had that became his girlfriend in the past. Other fans of Derek Ramsay also defended him and said that it is not right that he will be compared to Gerald Anderson.
