Melanie Marquez Admits She’s Stage Mom To Miss World PH 2019 Michelle Dee
MELANIE MARQUEZ- Filipina actress and beauty queen Melanie Marquez admitted to being a stage mom to her daughter Miss World PH 2019 Michelle Dee.
Daughter of Miss International 1979 Melanie Marquez, Michelle Marquez Dee was hailed as the new Miss World Philippines 2019. The coronation night was held at the Araneta Coliseum last Sunday, September 15.
Her 21-year-old beauty queen daughter bested the 39 other candidates. She’s now tasked to regain the country’s glory for this coming Miss World 2019 pageant in London.
Based on a report from GMA News, Miss World Philippines 2019 Michelle Dee revealed that her mom gave her a piece of advice during the coronation night. She said her mom told her to act gay on the stage.
“Anak, kailangan bakla ka sa stage ha,” said Michelle.
Melanie Marquez explained that she just wants her daughter to strive more and expose her legs to took tall in front of the audience. She told her to act like she’s wearing an invisible crown. “Do not shrink, be tall, and feel na you’re wearing an invisible crown,” she said
The beauty queen said she would give her daughter a perfect 10 score because she has a perfect posture and classy move.
According to the report, Michelle Marquez Dee is set to travel to London on November 20 to compete for Miss World 2019 competition. Her mom Melanie Marquez said she’ll accompanying her daughter because she’s a stage mother.
“Ako pa! Stage mother kaya ako… of course, I’ll be there and I’ll invite the Filipino community out there to watch,” said Melanie.
