Fishermen Found Giant Lapu-Lapu in Culasi, Antique
A giant lapu-lapu or known as “Grouper” has been found by the fisher folks in the coastal areas of Culasi, Antique.
Recently, the Facebook page “GMA News” has shared the photos of a lapu-lapu with an unusual size has been found by the residents living along the coastal areas of Antique. The residents were also surprised after seeing the giant fish.
In the photos, it can be seen that the residents gathered together to take the huge sea creature weighing over 146 kilograms, which was caught around 10:30 am on Saturday morning (September 7, 2019).
Over the past few years, the appearance of strange sea creatures in shallow waters have been one of the most controversial topics across the country.
The sightings of deep-sea creatures have been also linked to natural calamities such as earthquake and tsunamis.
