Billy Davis Collaborates W/ Nadine Lustre
NADINE LUSTRE – Filipino-Australian producer Billy Davis has announced his collaboration project with Filipina actress Nadine Lustre.
Filipina actress and recording artist, Nadine Lustre is considered one of the famous stars in the Philippine entertainment industry today. She has done several tv-series and movies including “Till I Met You,” “Ulan,” and “Indak.”
The 25-year-old actress backed out of her movie project ‘Miracle in Cell No. 7’ to take a break after doing two films this year. She was replaced by the Kapamilya actress and writer Bela Padilla.
Aside from acting, Nadine Lustre is also busy with her singing career. She has released several songs titled “Bahala Na,” “Para-Paraan,” “Mr. Antipatiko,” and “Paligoy-ligoy” among others.
Based on a report from MYX, the Filipino-Australian producer and singer-songwriter Billy Davis has a collaboration song with the Kapamilya star. Nadine will be featured on Billy’s remix version of the song “Headspace.”
During his interview at MYXclusive, Billy Davis raved over the amazing talent of the Filipina. “Like I already saw how much of a good actress she is but music-wise, she’s dope and got really good taste,” he said.
According to the report, Nadine Lustre and the Aussie producer met through Curtismith who is part of the freshest music label in the Philippines, Careless Music Manila crew. “I remember hearing her sing multiple tunes while I was over James’ house and each song was some of the tastiest tunes. That’s a special thing, like so many artists can sing and do whatever but to be able to do that and have good taste too is something special,” said Billy.
Based on the report, their collaboration wouldn’t be possible if Billy’s mom didn’t encourage him to visit the Philippines and work with other Filipino artists. Their single “Headspace” drops on September 6.
