YOUNG BOY – The photos of the young boy selling green vegetables in Subic Zambales touches netizens’ hearts.

There are still lots of people in the Philippines who don’t have permanent jobs or minimum wage earners. Their monthly salary is just enough to pay their bills and to buy food.

That’s the reason why kids nowadays learn to hustle at a very young age. They were taught by their parents on how to manage their money or earn some amount while growing up.

Less fortunate children in the country are mostly found in the streets selling candies or offer services like cleaning windshields. Sadly, half of them are out of school children.

During the last State of the Nation Address of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte, he said his administration will do their best to reduce poverty in the county. We can all hope that these will succeed in the next few years.

Recently, a photo of a young boy who is a vegetable vendor went viral on social media. The photos were shared on the Facebook Page of ‘Burn Department.’

The admin in the Page encourages the online community to offer some help to the kid. It can be seen on the photos that the boy was carrying two baskets filled with vegetables to sell at Purok 5 Calapandayan, Subic Zambales. He’s obviously among the kids who are dedicated to earning a living and help his family.
