Comeback Movie of Marvin Agustin-Jolina Magdangal Won’t Happen Now, Here’s Why
JOLINA MAGDANGAL – Kapamilya actress-television host Jolina Magdangal revealed the reason why her movie with Marvin Agustin won’t happen now.
One of the loveteams that many people won’t surely forget is the tandem of Jolina Magdangal and Marvin Agustin on-screen. They did a lot of hit projects together including the films Hey Babe! and Labs Kita… Okey Ka Lang?
Currently, Marvin and Jolina are focusing on different fields. The actor is on the business field now while the actress is one of the mainstay hosts of the ABS-CBN morning program Magandang Buhay.
When it comes to their family life, Marvin’s twin sons are now young men. They are Santiago and Sebastian.
Jolina is happily married to her non-showbiz partner Mark Escueta. They have two children – a son named Pele and a daughter named Vika.
Marvin Agustin and Jolina Magdangal remained close friends although they are working on different things now. In fact, they still get to see each other and spend some time together with their loved ones.
The fans and supporters of Jolina and Marvin miss seeing them together on-screen. Many are hoping for a comeback movie of the two celebrities. However, it seems that it won’t happen now.
Jolina Magdangal recently confirmed that her movie with Marvin Agustin will not be pushed through now. She also revealed the reason why.
Speaking to Pep, Jolina Magdangal expressed that Marvin Agustin told her that the script of their movie did not make it to the deadline. He will be the producer of their comeback film. Supposedly, the movie will be their entry for the Metro Manila Film Festival 2019 (MMFF).
Based on the report, Jolina, upon knowing about it, understood right away why it won’t happen now. She stressed that it is a comeback project and should not be rushed just so they could come up with one.
Also, the actress-TV host revealed that there are added plans. Meanwhile, she assured that it will happen it is just that it might not take place now. She and Marvin are both looking forward to it and he already set meetings for the film.
