There are two movies honoring Tandang Sora: One was the film “Tandang Sora” starring Rosa del Rosario and Leopoldo Salcedo; and the second was an independent film with Perla Bautista as the lead role.
5. A street in California is named after her
A street located near Bayshor Freeway between 3rd and 4th Streets in San Francisco bears the name “Tandang Sora”. The names of other Filipino heroes are also named after several streets there.
